Terms and Conditions of Use for the twc18 Platform

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings assigned unless the context requires otherwise:

• "twc18" or "Platform" refers to the website twc18.one together with all services, products and functions offered by it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who accesses, registers or uses the twc18 platform.
• "Account" refers to a registered user profile on the twc18 platform.
• "Real Money" refers to financial deposits made by the user in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or accepted cryptocurrency equivalents accepted by the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to financial incentives or gaming credits granted by twc18 to users subject to certain conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the turnover requirement that must be met before bonus funds or resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Services" covers all betting and gaming products available on the platform, including sports betting, live casino, online slots, fish shooting and other games.

Use of the singular form also includes the plural and vice versa, unless the context requires a different interpretation.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the twc18.one website, registering an account, or using any services provided, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and all other policies published by twc18.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately. twc18 reserves the right to deny access to the platform to any individual at the platform's sole discretion without the need to provide reasons.

3 Account Registration and Management

To access the full services of twc18, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete and current information. The following are the account registration requirements:

• Each user is only allowed to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, email address, phone number or payment method is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended or terminated.
• You must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Your full name, date of birth, identification card number (MyKad) and contact details provided must match a valid and verifiable identity document.
• twc18 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a copy of your MyKad or passport and proof of address.
• You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.

twc18 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

twc18 supports a range of payment methods to facilitate transactions for Malaysian users. All real money transactions are subject to the following limits and conditions:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the method chosen and account verification status.
• Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same or related payment method used for the original deposit. twc18 reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawal requests that require further security review or additional identity verification.

Any attempt to make a withdrawal that does not meet the wagering requirements of an active bonus will be declined. The amount to be withdrawn must first complete the full wagering process.

5 Bonus and Promotions Policy

twc18 offers various incentives to new and existing members. All bonuses offered are subject to the conditions and limits stated below:

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a 100% first deposit match bonus up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your account balance to RM200. To withdraw the bonus funds, you need to place bets totalling RM100 × 25 = RM2,500. For a higher deposit, such as RM2,200, a maximum bonus of RM1,000 will be given, resulting in a balance of RM3,200, and the wagering requirement is RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000.

• Bonuses may only be used for betting and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Each account is only eligible to receive the welcome bonus once.
• twc18 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse or fraud is detected.
• Other bonus offers such as VIP weekly cashback are subject to the conditions stated in their respective promotional terms.

The twc18 VIP Program offers weekly cashback to active members, ranging from Bronze level (up to 0.4%) to Platinum level (up to 1.5%). Level advancement depends on your betting activity, and twc18 reserves the right to update the VIP program structure at any time.

6 Betting and Game Rules

All betting and gaming on the twc18 platform is subject to specific rules and conditions that apply to each game type or market. Users are required to understand these rules before joining any game or placing any bet.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical failure.
• In the event of a technical failure during an ongoing game, twc18 reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the bet amount.
• twc18 reserves the right to void, reject or limit any bet suspected of involving collusion, fraud, the use of automated software, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
• Any winnings obtained through means that violate platform rules are invalid and will be voided.

All game rounds, transactions and bets are logged and stored by the twc18 system. These records are final in resolving any disputes arising from game results or winning amounts.

7 Acceptable User Conduct

All twc18 users are required to act honestly and responsibly when using the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent termination:

• Using third-party software, automated bots, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Sharing account login credentials with others or accessing another person's account without authorisation.
• Abusing the bonus system through opening multiple accounts, transferring funds across accounts, or any method intended to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Using an account for money laundering, financial fraud, or any illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or platform staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, servers or databases without authorisation.

8 Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, graphics, logos, trade names, software, user interfaces and other materials found on the twc18 platform are the exclusive property of twc18 or its relevant licensors. This content is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, sell, republish, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any platform content without prior written consent from twc18.

Company names of third-party game providers, game titles and related assets remain the property of their respective developers, and twc18 uses them only under valid licence agreements.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, twc18 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, profits or opportunities arising from service interruptions.
• Data corruption or loss of information due to technical failures beyond twc18's control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Any losses related to valid betting or game outcomes conducted in accordance with platform rules.

Gambling involves real financial risk. twc18 does not guarantee profit and is not responsible for gambling losses incurred by users. It is the user's responsibility to manage their betting budget responsibly.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

twc18 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that the user has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraud or illegal activity, or based on platform security requirements.

In the event of a confirmed account closure due to a breach of terms, all balances in the account — including real money that has not yet met withdrawal conditions — may be forfeited by the platform.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting twc18 customer support. In such cases, any valid real money balance will be returned to the original payment method subject to required verification. As part of the platform's commitment to responsible gambling, users may also request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the same support channel.

11 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

twc18 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the twc18.one website.

It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions page periodically to stay informed of any changes that have been made. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

The latest update date will always be displayed at the top of this document to help users keep track of any recent changes.

12 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where twc18 holds its international licence. Any dispute arising in connection with this platform shall first be resolved through consultation between the user and the twc18 support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through consultation within a reasonable period, it will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body under the platform's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

Users agree that no class or collective legal action may be brought against twc18 — each dispute will be handled separately between the relevant user and the platform.
